{"id":5179,"date":"2019-09-18T11:02:21","date_gmt":"2019-09-18T09:02:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.biobang.com\/web\/?p=5179"},"modified":"2023-05-22T11:48:52","modified_gmt":"2023-05-22T09:48:52","slug":"technical-visit-of-polish-biogas-plant-manufacturer-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.biobang.com\/web\/da\/technical-visit-of-polish-biogas-plant-manufacturer-2\/","title":{"rendered":"TECHNICAL VISIT OF POLISH BIOGAS PLANT MANUFACTURER"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"left80\">\n<div style=\"width:100%; text-align:center; background:black;\">\n<video class=\"video\" controls=\"\">\n  <source src=\"https:\/\/www.biobang.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/video\/d-biogas.mp4\" type=\"video\/mp4\">\n<\/video>\n<\/div>\n\n<h4 style=\"margin-top:80px;\">GENERAL DESCRIPTION<\/h4>\n<p>\nAs reported by the statistics carried out by the European Biogas Association (EBA) and the World Biogas Association (WBA), the biogas market in Poland is booming thanks to the new incentives that the Polish government has allocated for the construction of new agricultural facilities on the national land.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe manufacturer has developed a technology to produce compact, standardized and efficient systems that has received technical approval and authorization from the Polish ministry to build 80 new agricultural plants.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe manufacturer&#39;s technology uses systems consisting of stainless steel digesters, with compact volumes and standardized production at 500 kW\/h, equipped with an efficient mixing system in order to be flexible and quick to install.\n<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"margin-top:50px;\">VISIT DESCRIPTION<\/h4>\n<p>\nOn 04\/09\/2019, <span class=\"brand\">BioBANG<\/span> received a visit from a Polish biogas plant manufacturer, interested in incorporating our innovative technology into its next projects under construction and construction; at the meeting there were also a professor and a technician from the &quot;Ecotechnologies Laboratory of Biosystems Engineering &#8211; Poznan University of Life Sciences&quot;, who collaborate with the manufacturer for the technological development of its plants.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe Polish team was able to see 2 <span class=\"brand\">BioBANG<\/span> units in operation at the biogas plants of 2 of our customers that thanks to <span class=\"brand\">BioBANG<\/span> were able to increase the efficiency of their plants by over 15%.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe first visit was made to &quot;Azienda Agricola Cazzola Francesco and Luigino&quot; where a <span class=\"brand\">BioBANG<\/span> 1000 unit in recirculation was installed on their 1 MW BTS plant in October 2018. During the visit the technicians of the University of Poznan and the builder had seen the comparison between a sample of untreated product and a sample of product after <span class=\"brand\">BioBANG<\/span> treatment and they could evaluate the difference in terms of reduction in\nparticle size and viscosity.
