{"id":6191,"date":"2020-02-12T15:13:00","date_gmt":"2020-02-12T14:13:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.biobang.com\/web\/?p=6191"},"modified":"2023-05-22T11:04:49","modified_gmt":"2023-05-22T09:04:49","slug":"test-on-italian-wastewater-treatment-plant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.biobang.com\/web\/en\/test-on-italian-wastewater-treatment-plant\/","title":{"rendered":"Test on italian wastewater treatment plant"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"left80\">\n<h3>Improve the biological efficiency of the Sludge with <span class=\"brand\"> BioBANG<\/span><\/h3>\n\n<p>\n<span class=\"brand\">BioBANG<\/span> technology also lands in <span class=\"grassetto\"> wastewater treatment plants to break up definitively the sludge, increase the efficiency of biological processes and optimize disposal costs.<\/span>.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nOn February 12, our technicians of the mobile unit performed a test in Rome on a wastewater treatment plant owned by <span class=\"grassetto\">&#8220;Acea&#8221;<\/span>, a multiservice company active in the management and development of networks and services in the water, energy and the environment.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nAcea managers were looking for a treatment technology that guaranteed them to increase the breakdown of organic particles, improve homogenization and reduce the viscosity of the sludge to optimize hydraulic management and the yield of the anaerobic digestion line and to maximize the efficiency of the  dehydration process and reducing the volume of sludge to be disposed of; for this reason they turned to <span class=\"brand\">BioBANG<\/span>.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nThe test was performed on 3 Sludge\u2019s samples taken from different points of the plant line: 1. Sludge recirculated by the digester; 2. Sludge after thickener entering digesters; 3. Separate sludge after spinning.
