Description: BioBANG® through controlled cavitation transforms the dehydrated digestate from dry to pumpable form, concentrating it and returning it to the digeste to make it fully digested.

Goal: to maximise the conversion of biomass into gas for biogas/biomethane plants.

Goal: Reduce the digestate viscosity entering the centrifuges to solve the problems in the dehydration phase due to the high product viscosity.  
Results: digestate viscosity reduction by 30% which has allowed to optimize the dehydration process and to significantly reduce the liquid used for diluting the digestate.
